Terms of Service

Sermons.app is an AI sermon-coaching tool operated by NewCulture. It is designed to coach you—to ask questions, reflect, and strengthen your work. It does not write your sermons for you. You are always the author. The coach is a tool, not a theological authority or a substitute for your own study, prayer, and judgment.

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sermons.app. Notify us at hello@sermons.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Sermons.app is a paid subscription. Plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
• A valid payment method is required to start your free trial. The trial runs 14 days.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged for the plan you selected.
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

You own your content. Your sermons, drafts, notes, and recordings remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the service for you—including sending relevant portions to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, apart from routine backups.

You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to use any material you upload.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to, or that is unlawful or harmful.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service, or share one account across a team in place of the appropriate plan.

Coaching, reviews, and suggestions are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not theological, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding what to use. The pastor is the author and the final authority over the message.

We work to keep Sermons.app available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we’ll give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to Sermons.app. On termination your right to use the service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitations) will survive.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sermons.app and NewCulture will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
